I also added the ambient lighting to this truck. My 2018 had the lit cupholders, so it felt like a step backwards to not have it on the 2023 truck. While I was at it, I also added a glovebox light and the footwell lighting. Total cost was around $200, including the harnesses from JHForman812. It also required some Forscan tweaks to make them active and dimmable.

Speaking of lighting, one thing I really like about this truck is the approach lighting. It's only an annoyance when I'm walking past the truck with the key in my pocket, but otherwise I really appreciate it. We are going camping next month, so I wonder if I need a Faraday cage to keep the key in all night.
Yesterday, I reset the MPG monitor for the first time and after about 100 miles of optimal two-lane highway driving, it's showing 22mpg. I'm good with that.

That's the 'wake up' setting. I disabled it in the features menu. My truck is parked right outside my office window so it was constantly going off since the key was so close. This morning I had a few friends swing by and we placed the RSi Smartcap EVO onto the bed. I was checking RSi's website a few times a week and then ordered through Offroad Alliance on March 22nd, as soon as orders opened. Then I patiently waited over a month for it to get built and shipped.
It looks fantastic, I think. The truck now rides softly in the front and back, whereas before the front was noticeably softer than the rear.

Will that affect how it will handle weight in the bed?The next project was to add gen. 1 Raptor rear shocks. I didn't expect too much of an improvement, but I was wrong. The truck absorbs imperfections without any shimmy from the rear end.

I'm sure something has changed for better or worse, but other than excellent damping over bumps, it drives the same it did before.

Tonight I will be packing the truck up for it's first camping trip, but last week I spent 7 days and about 2700 miles with my brother's 2023 Tundra TRD Sport. He works for Toyota and, had I been patient, I could have used his discount to get a Tundra after June 2nd of this year. Even after comfortably driving 1250 miles in 19 hours in his Tundra, I am still happy with my choice to go with the F150.

As much as I don't wish a speedy return from a holiday on anyone, happen to be back from that trip yet with any more feedback on the dampers?

The Fox Raptor dampers continue to perform well. They really helped to reduce the rear axle shimmy when hitting abrupt transitions. I noticed nothing negative when loaded down for our camping trip. Like most full size trucks, it drove better with weight in the bed.
The MVP of the trip was the SmartCap combined with the tailgate step.
We had to end our Hocking Hills, Ohio camping trip early, due to weather. We drove through a torrential wind/rain storm and even with the air scoop on top of the SmartCap, I don't think anything got wet in the bed.
