Well the kitchen is a work in progress. It worked well this weekend. However there are some things that need to be changed. Basically it was developed to replace the tailgate style of kitchen without having to sacrifice convenience. It's similar to a drifta but much cheaper. It's not perfect by any means. I'm hoping that the beta prototype will be lighter and more functional.

The overland rally was a successful trip. We affectionately named our site, gypsy camp. My new cb handle became gypsy danger and the blue truck became chuck wagon because it hauled everything. The boys had a great time with the rope repelling and the raffels. Whoever's idea it was to give the kids whistles as prizes... you will get yours next year!

On Sunday I made it up towards mowich. Then I realized that road is craptacular and turned around. I went ahead and headed up past the carbon river ranger station. I made it all they way up to copley lake. I then turned around. It was fun to get the blue truck dirty finally.
Next weekend I'm going to do some more exploring.

Today was another exploration day. I tried to find another way over Naches pass. I ducked up the 7030 road which turned into the 7036/7038. After a while I kinda got lost so I had to turn around. But over all it was a good day. The road goes through but I read the map wrong. So I thought I had alot farther to than I did.

Well the blue bush truck is going to get some new seats. 12 way power heated leather seats to be exact. Came out of a 06 VW passat. $300 on Craig's list
