Any chance I could talk you into measuring the length and width of the pod portion of the daystar switch panel? I'm considering a similar modification but want to verify that it will fit before ordering one.

as mentioned i had problem with the ARB switch location.
they were shut off by the stick shift boot when in first or third gear...

here's my solution for the problem:
use the panel that didn't work in front of the shifter and modify it

take off the windshield cladding
and modify that, too

a few drilled holes, screwes, etc. and...

easy reachable...

only thing i can tell you now, is that it's just a bit wider than 4 ARB switches

i did like the gray!!!

Ya know it was just as easy painting it gray as it was black :coffeedrink: only now you have to take it apart, scuff it and paint it again later (gray). The more black you got the more dirt you see!

sorry it took me some time...
so, the switch panel center is just a bit wider than 4 ABB switches:
that's exactly 11cm or 4.33"
and the depth is 5 cm or 2 "

Sven, wondering if when the roof is off and the lights are on if the glare on the front windshield will be bothersome? Or have you already tried that out in Morocco?
