Propane Tank Bracket

Found this at a forklift place for those of you looking for another option for mounting a propane tank on your trailer. This is the link to my thread over on mud.

$48 plus the ride which was another $18 IIRC. Another $20 to weld it on.

Basic Bracket Find

Here is what I just bought for $18. (http://store.rvdirect.com/rvdirect/) Just a basic bracket and easy to bolt onto my frame. Not as nice as the $48 one posted earlier, but it should work fine for the price.

I am using the normal 20# tanks for now. If i later change over to the new composite 10# tanks, I can just unbolt this one and have very little money invested.

I will post pics of it mounted to my trailer over the long weekend.

BTW- that site really seemed to have a lot of goodies that we can use and all for very fair prices.

Here is a link to a bracket that is supposed to work with 20lb tanks, but at $36, I'd go with the $48 find.

Get a diameter of the tank and find a match..

Lookks like they're on sale right now too.. The one for a 20lb tank is $40 and some change shipped right now.. Kinda tempted to get another one just in case I decide to add another tank..
