Puting the old rover to work

My son Angus and I spent some quality time with my 1963 series 2a 109 today. We where spliting and hauling wood to the cabin.

Got the starter sorted out--- now need to stop it from dumping fuel out the exhaust once warmed up. Throttle position sensor, coolant temp. sensor are both up for replacement so hopefully one of 'em is the culprit.

Any chance of a snow wheeling trip any time soon? I have till the 6th of Jan.

Always nice to stop wrenching on a RR to take a ride in a Series into the wilds of Alaska!!!

Thanks Jason. It was a great ride and opportunity to meet another forum member.
I'm always surprised with the pictures. The hills are always steeper in person.
