Quality Adjustable Height Table Post?

Anyone have any recommendations for a centre mounted adjustable height table mounting post. Something I can raise up for eating on and lower down to form a bed. Ideally something robust to support a decent amount of weight.

Springfield Marine (and others) make 3-stage air assisted adjustable table (and chair) pedestals. Depending on your height requirements, these may work for you if they also fit your budget.

I went with an aluminum 3 section post from Springfield that has adjustable cam levers that secure the height. It wasn't cheap but performance has been flawless.
