question about bent Wilson 1000 antenna

I have a Wilson 1000 CB antenna thats bent at a 40 degree angle. If I'm able to bend it back without snapping it, does anyone know if it will effect reception, SWRs, etc?

Not familiar with that specific antenna but If it's just the metal rod type then you'll be fine.

It will work fine. You might need to check the SWR if you have to remove it from the base to straighten it. Or use a sharpie to mark where it sits in the base before you remove it.
