Question on cord end cap on fridge...?

Is there any reason I cant use a cord end cap that's typically used for 110v applications like this one below on my fridge?

I ordered an Anderson SB45 but it's on backorder and I need to use the fridge tomorrow. I have a set of these. Thanks

They'll handle the power load, if that's your question.

I did it and it worked great. I'm gonna replace it tomorrow with the Anderson SB45 that arrived today. This was just temporary usage.
