I'm not using an adapter. My unit was converted in 2009 but the chassis is a 2006 e350 Superduty. 2006 was the last year that bud wheels could be fitted in the front on Quigley cutaway conversions. I really didn't like the look or hassle associated with the standard wheels up front and smaller bud wheels on the rear. Are you thinking of building a conversion?
