Rack Mount ID

Purchased a NOS aluminum rack which was the predecessor to FrontRunner. I believe the brand has "Outback" in the name but can't verify.

Anyways the mounts that came with it are pictured below.

Can anybody help with identifying them? I was told 80 series LC, but that is clearly incorrect.

Guessing since nearly 200 people have taken a look without a reply, that its probably a custom job?

those look more like the hardware for connecting things TO an extruded rack rail, rather than a rack to a roof. Does the LC80 have integrated rails set in the roof, that a rack is attached to?

As rayra says, looks like the bottom of those, with the square that snugs up when the nut is tightened, fit slots in both the Frontrunner and Rhino-rack type platform trays. The top config? No idea.
