Could you show a pic of the backside of the mount?

Both my x mounts have ball mounts ... How did you connect them to the large plate ?

I have the suction cup mount in 92 Toyota Pickup, and the diamond base in the RAM. Love them. And I would say best bang for your buck. Very well priced too.

I have quite a few ram products including the X. What I do not like about the X is that is takes to hands to put the device in it. I do not have a problem with rotation

My X mounts came with a hole in the middle, just put a small bolt through it and tighten to metal plate.
