Real world Goal Zero Yeti 500x experience

Does anyone here have some real world experience with the Yeti 500x? In my testing using the USB-c port I see ~500 watt hours of available power before the battery dies. Using the cigarette DC output and plugged in to an ARB fridge I only get 350 watt hours before the battery is discharge. In these tests only the power for that set of outputs is enabled, these are not using the A/C inverter which has power loss converting from DC to AC. Is there an issue with my Yeti / DC output?

in case someone else has a similar issue. exchanged the unit at REI where i purchased it and the replacement is working much better. won't have the full detail for another day but it's on track for 500 watt hours
