I think I bought them at NAPA, but it was quite a few years ago so I may be wrong. They've served me well. I don't know if you'd be able to fit 2/0 cables in them though.
If you off-road with others 10' might be a bit short for jumper cables. Consider a dead battery on a single track where the vehicles are nose to tail.
I made mine 20' long and am glad i did.
Any local welding shop will have a nice selection to chose from. Some have tank brackets ,tools of every flavor and one I hit up in Kingman AZ even stocks the good American made switches and electrical components. Even if you don't weld you should window shop your local supply so you know what they carry.
