Recovery Ramp Mounting

I have a 2014 FJ and on my on Tundra i used to keep my smittybilt element ramps (similar to maxtrax) in the bed under the sleeping platform. But now with the fj i dont have the room inside for them. Im curious as to what other people are doing for mounts either on the roof or the the spare tire so id like to see some pics of how they were secured

Mounting recovery ramps

From another NYer, mount them on the side of you roof basket w/ J hooks, washers and wing nuts. Sorry I am not a good photo poster, look around in your local hdw. store I'll bet you can come up with something that will work from all the brackets, flat stock, nuts bolt's etc. but try not use "bunge cords" they can fail…. you don't want that. mjmcdowell
