Reputable chassis builders?

Anyone know of a reputable chassis builder?

I’m spitballing building my own version of a hardside Boreas EOS-12. Start with a solid 20’ OAL frame on cruisemaster suspension, then have a composite box built that will be 12-14’ long. Then finish out interior and systems myself.

I’d love to grab a Boreas C20 chassis, but they’re really expensive.

Kingdom said he could do a rolling chassis, but not in the length I want. (Shout out to him for being so responsive!)

Anyone have suggestions?

I am also looking at options for a custom composite trailer on frame. Very limited options in the US for the diy’er. Lots of good Facebook groups and YouTube videos from Australian diy caravan builds.

Good to hear Kingdom will offer a rolling chassis, I’ll have to talk with him.

Bison Overland is offering composite box on frame trailers with or without interior build out. I believe they are in the build stage of the first prototype unit. I would reach out to them.

@Eric93k That’s exactly what I’m working through right now. EOS-12 chassis (or similar) with Bison box. Then finish out the interior myself. I’m basically looking to build a MDC XT12HR.

I talked to Bison and he was interested in the project.

Boreas is the only builder I know of that advertises chassis’s for DIY, but are not responsive to emails.
