I have decided to sell these because I am going another direction with my lighting. They are new in the box, the box only having been opened to take the photo of the lights. $280 shipped to the lower 48. Any guesses on whether I can pull the my PIAA lights off and splice these right in? utilizing the same wires, relays and switches?

Yes, that would work fine. These draw so little power, I think they say half the power that a blinker takes, that it would work fine to splice them into the PIAA wires. I plan to replace my IPF with Rigid and will use the IPF wiring harness.
