Well today was hectic. Went to my LWS, then my bottle refilled and picked up 3lbs of filler at lunch. Finally got home and checked the pressure on the bottle and it was about 300 psi lower then the last refill (temperature was the same). I did however add in around 12 or 13 gussets and finished up some empty joints with fillets. I still need to cut and move the cantilever mast mounts and shorten the mast width to accommodate the keder track. I hope by the end of next week this frame will get it's skin.

Order of my to do list:
1. Frame (includes cantilever system)
2. Skin
3. Insulate
4. Finish bed bases
5. Tent Fab/install (includes supports)
6. Cabinet Fab/install
7. accessory install

Ok guys, I have shortened the width of the mast. Re-made and moved in the mounts for the mast. Finished up the gussets and finished the welds for the empty joints. My final look over tonight, I still need to blank off 6 holes for the VHB tape adhesion and possibly grind down some of my exterior welds. So close but so far it seems.

Right about now I wish I had a brake. I started on the skin behind the cab of the truck and directly over the cab. This requires one bend in my design. Without a proper brake, I struggled making the bend and it is not pretty. Now I need to play small hammer and smooth it out.

Trimmed those sections a little bit and taped them on. VHB tape is no joke! I messed up twice and barely caught it in time before it adhere stronger. Apparently this stuff flows into the metal. That is all I am doing today, got much more important things to attend to. Anyway here are some pictures.
