Not all have flys, Autohome Overcamp and Overland are a couple of example without.
Actually, AutoHome's OverLand and OverCamp do not require a fly, they are three season to four season right out of the box the fabric is really thick. They do have an interesting accessory, the "Winter hood" that fits over the tent and extends the range. I don't know about you but I find a single walled tent cold on winter nights and hot in the summer sun. Their winter hoods were developed for the Sahara where it gets really hot in the day and really cold at night. They are reflective, and help keep the tent cool in the sun as well as making the tent a double walled winter tent.
The OverCamp has another feature that I find really useful. Above the door and under the roof is half a YKK #10 zipper is sewn in. This allows you to simply zip in an awning over the door. I put the other half of the zipper in a huge parawing to make into an outdoor room. Sometimes you just need a rainfly away from the tent, like when you are cooking, so you can unzip the fly and move it where you need it and zip it back in later if you need it there. I like to have adaptable equipment and if things can do double duty, so much the better.
