Rooftop Tents and 2015 Subaru Outback

I thought I'd share because there was no info to be found on the Interwebs about this setup when I was researching.

Baroud Space on a 2016 Outback 3.6R. I like it and although you can tell the weight is up there, 75 MPH on the freeway is no problem and feels safe. 1 - 2 MPG loss. I used the Yakima 55 inch crossbar/landing pad setup because the bars are flat (factory are curved and rated for less weight).

Are you using the Landing pad 15s? How much does your Baroud weigh?

Are you using the Landing pad 15s? How much does your Baroud weigh?

Yes, I used the 15. Links to the parts I ordered are below. I'm not really sure how much the Baroud weighs. My best guess, with all bedding and stuff, is 150 lbs. I was told that the tent should be around 130 lbs.
