Great Customer Service

I just wanted to post this and tell everyone that the guys at Trasharoo have amazing customer service.

I received my first trasharoo bag from the group buy at the end of last year. I used it on my first outing and the zipper on the cover broke the first time i unzipped it. So i sent an email to Trasharoo and had a response in a day. They sent me a new bag out the door immediately.

Now that is customer service!

I would second that. I had an issue due to user error and they took the extra time and steps to get the issue taken care of. I will defiantly recommend this company.
