Over the weekend my brother came over again to help me flip the poptop. He was much happier helping when it wasn't attached to the metal top or the frame. When we flipped it over I was planning on diving straight into installing the groundwork for the headliner boards. I ended up finding that some of the fiberglass on the underside was pulling away from the wood strips embedded in it. I scuffed the area a bit and kind of just slathered on more fiberglass cloth and resin.
This area is crucial because the canvas attaches to it which I assume is the reason it was pulling away.
I decided to let it cure for quite a bit before messing with it anymore.
Last night I finally finished the wiring for my Gear Vendor Overdrive.
With the help of a few people, I've installed an LED to let me know when the Gear Vendor is on and an SPDT Relay which is hooked up to the reverse lights so that if the vehicle is shifted into reverse, it kicks off the Gear Vendor so that it can't be used in reverse.
