RRS and SC

My fiance and I were doing some research on a car purchase for this year given the drop in prices and came across these videos. Some of you may have seen them but it was a first for us and quite funny and disappointing. Then we did some research on consumer reports reviews for what they are worth . . . we were looking at a 2006 year but . . . I don't think I can talk her into it knowing there is a good chance a vehicle like this would leave a very bad dent in our wallet for repairs. Even with an X-tended Warr. Regardless of my infatuation there are just to many other good cars for great prices right now to gamble on the RR reliability. Anyone care to share some other experiences or is this pretty much the rep of the RR?

If you really want to marry her, I wouldn't try to talk her in to a RRS. If she really wants it too, from the get go, that's another matter.

We have a 2006 Range Rover (not a Super Charged however), and we are very happy with it.

Personally, I prefer my 110! (wink)

Most 2006 Rangies will be covered under warranty up to 75K miles.

DO NOT BUY a 2009. They have done away with complementary service as of this year!! Yikes!!
