Do RTIC coolers actually exist? Don't know that I've actually read about someone actually possessing one.

What if it is all a conspiracy, like in Mel Brooks' The Producers? They make a cooler company, take orders, set themselves up to get sued into bankruptcy, and embezzle all the money?

Their facebook page is loaded up with pictures that people have been posting of their rtic coolers.

My RTIC 20 arrived on Friday....ahead of the predicted shipping date.
Initial thoughts:
Total Yeti knockoff. So in this case, that might be a good thing.
I have not done a test-drive with ice (yet) so I can't comment on that but build quality looks good.
The metal handle indexes into the lid notches a little easier than the Yeti which I found to be very stiff.
Drain plug is the same as that on my Engel. 1/4-1/2 turn and it releases water via a hole in the plug. Remove the plug to drain the cooler rapidly.
Rubber T-handles appear to be robust.
Holes on front corners for locking cooler shut with padlocks (bear proof)
Full length hinge for lid....unsure if it's stainless steel.
I'll get some ice/beers in the thing this weekend and see how it does.
So far, I'm happy I pulled the trigger. Time will tell if it holds up.

Yep, got mine Monday. They are as advertised, quality and construction equal to yeti. Well worth the money.
Beware of lies by RTIC Coolers regarding ship dates.
I placed my Reservation on July 6th and was told a late August 2015 ship date.
I paid for my order on August 19 and was told 60-90 days to ship.
I checked back on shipping in early October and was told my cooler would ship November 14th.
I checked on shipping on October 29th and my ship date was moved back to December 4th.
I checked yesterday, November 17th and my ship date is now moved back to January 1st.
I keep getting excuses for why the shipping dates have changed. Keep in mind that they have had my money since August 19th. How many others are like me? I would not mind waiting if they didn't charge me until the cooler ships but it seems to me that this may end of being a scam. Trying to ship a few coolers out while getting more and more peoples money.
