what makes these trailers so indestructible is the convict shape of the panels the easy and fasted is using ploy resin and woven. when the resin shrinks and preloads the panels float in the angles glued a few cheap pop rivets after a week backfill any gap with can foam. epoxy is more toxic epoxy that was only $30/gal that a great deal.
Thanksgiving. Give all your friends freshly killed wild turkey as a present. you should see the deer herd .By using the fiberglass outside angle it has a rounded edge . we levy the flange off in the mold . Picture is a trail top a different way to build107558868_1047013352400670_3716227057630363961_n.jpg

I'm a little confused about the construction timeline for when I should be giving away freshly killed turkeys, but perhaps I haven't had enough coffee yet.

Wood trailer build by Andrzej Kaminski

I am get hung up for real on the back fold-down hinge on the back. . Could do slides. But with more weight, more to go wrong What would you do? By being curve-shaped fold down.it is stronger lighter less room to heat. Trying to keep it down to a one-dog heater. Don't plan to do the back part convex
So what hing setup would you use?
by using onvex panel that has a curve in it,temporarily deforms under impact, and flattens. On one trailer we had 4.5' across the roof and had 6 not small good old boys like 225 +++ got a bow under a 1/8 inch came right back up no debonds easily 1300 lbs ++ . All this and you don't have to cut a straight line . No big clamps just straps

. Similar apparent zeal and confidence as well.
just see so many small trailers come to the shops . Owners don't have the funds to repair. Whit so many manufacturers ( we got our cash laughing all the way to the bank ) If builders did just a bit more. Now with this alun bond crap condescension in the walls ,mold ,rips so easy leave a knife hanging with thin foil, dents hail will beat it.
it's just so easy to build a forever trailer. Now shops cost $175 to 200 book time are more for repairs..
Just hate to see it . it is like a race to the bottom When a Forever trailer is so easy to build .
keep trying to get father-in-law to make a video . he said so easy to build it be a 3-minute video it be mostly glueing and pop _ rivets that get sanded flat. to hold tell glue sets . and pull on the tiny bow. Any gaps get filler with can foam

many of the so call glass foam . use 2 '' foam to make up for the weak crap and high cost to repair crap they use as skins it starts it life on a 4'' roll . hand laid will not roll up. You go to walmart to fix hand-laid . chopper-gun is heavy hard to fix right
No big clams can use $ 3.00 of rope . No big saw .
father-in-law is 70 with one bad arm dos a 5 by 9 in under 30 hr on the pod
hung up for real on the back fold-down hinge on the back. don't want to use slides465060756_2114521052316556_340805803648933624_n.jpg465054945_2114520965649898_3586980843632358645_n.jpg464970494_2114520928983235_7810974709760507066_n.jpg

IT been hard to get my father-n- law to do this on video . On the hinge will use the fold up part of a tread mill
