Recognizing this is an old thread, I sold my Jeep to buy a 2009 BMW R1200GS and just last week picked-up a 2001 RX300 to be my daily driver. I ordered the Haynes book for it, which is the same as for the Toyota Highlander. Not knowing much about the Highlander, I'd have to assume they share much of the same technology if they use the same (albeit generic) service manual.
