This bike is used for bike patrol and search and rescue. Panniers for medical, comms and basic gear. GPS and SPOT on the bars.

It was simple. Gear outlined it on the MTBR forum. The front rack required a very small bend to clear the steer tube. The rear rack bolted up, if you bolt it to the inside the frame on the left side.
