School me on 3.5l troopers...how many miles is too many?

I am on my second trooper and enjoy owning it. Lots of little things have gone wrong with it and parts usually have to be ordered. It's big and it rides like a tank, but it will take you anywhere.
With 164k on mine, mpg seems to be somewhere around 15, mostly highway driving. It is an oil burner, usually about a qt every thousand miles or so.

This guy seems to have some super clean low mileage Troopers, but with a bit of a hefty price tag.

He has very nice collections of cars and trucks.

I do a oil change every 5000k and don't have to top up in between.Never had a problem with parts.Mine is a 2002 3.5l auto.

My brother had one for a long time. Had 240k on it and still going strong. Yes it used some oil but never had any big problems. I say go for it if you get a chance to buy one. They go way more places then you would ever expect them to be able to go.
