Screaming Deal On 92 Toyota with FlipPac

A friend of mine here in Tucson found this for sale in his neighborhood and bought it last weekend before the guy ever advertised it.

It's a 92 Toyota 4X4 with a FlipPac on it. 200K miles, one owner, service records including having the head gasket problem repaired by Toyota. The FlipPac is in perfect shape.

He got all this for $3500. I haven't really looked at the market to compare but this seems like a screaming deal to me. :wings:

Seems like better than a screaming deal to me. Even if he had to drop a new motor in it in the next.... ummm 5 years ; )

Lots of hood and roof paint fade on those trucks out west. Just spray it flat black!

Yes but much easier to deal with than rust from the snow belt. :elkgrin:

Wow. thats a great deal. I sold my 1990 excab 4cyl. Toyota truck with 240k on it, for $2500, and O sold it right of way without advertising it.

If it ever needs an engine, find a good 3.4 out of a 95' and newer truck to put in it, way better power and MPG.

It sure sounds like a good deal to me. You would be hard pressed to find a decent truck just like that by itself for $3K!
