Adventurer
I received my Seahorse 920 case today, thought I would throw up a quick first impression review.
Overall considering it costs about $70 from Adorama, I'm happy with it. While it's no Pelican, it will suit my needs.

It's solid and sturdy. It seals well.

Gray button is the unlock to slide out the handle.
[/IMG]
Hinges molded in using a pin as the pivot.
[/IMG]
You can see the rubber O-ring just above the hinge. Replacement O-rings are available.
[/IMG]
Semi-hard wheels. Seem sturdy, but no bearings are used.
[/IMG]
Rotary Lock latch
[/IMG]
The pressure reliefe valve is incorporated into the right hand latch. When the latch is opened, it relives the pressure. You see the small hole just below the bottom lip. I don't know how well it works, time will tell.

The handle is not spring loaded.

If your looking to protect some high valued equipment I would suggest getting a pelican or comparible case. If you looking to protect your wifes toiletries like I am, a Seahorse case will perform just fine.
I'll try to remember to return and update this when the case actually gets put to use.
