Seat upgrade

Has anyone changed all three seats in the front row to more comfy ones. Have seen the driver and passenger upgrades but keen to see the middle one done.

ATW do a mod for the dickie seat when they fit suspension seats.
This does allow seating for three in the front, but it is pretty basic comfort wise, given that it is just a standard foam seat (taken from the original OEM passenger bench seat).

Keen to make it comfortable for the little one. Looks like there is enough room for three just not sure how they go with seat belts?

Hi Ben , you are extremely limited trying to fit a comfortable seat in the middle location. There is not enough clearance between the engine hump and the cab roof to add a decent squab and still be compliant with ADR's.

I suppose it depends on how old the "little one" is.....maybe a child seat could be safely mounted in the middle?

Little one has a child seat mounted now, but soon enough she will outgrow it and was hoping for a comfy solution. Maybe that's a selling point to the wife to upgrade to a dual cab!

Well the little one is not so little anymore and the child seat restraint in the middle worked out well. It's now time to start thinking ahead and seeing if anyone has attempted 3 comfy seats in the front row since I first started this thread. Have decided to hang onto this shorty as it has been faultless.

I'm thinking about it but I'd really like you to do it first :) I'm still at 20 months so I've got time until you perfect it!
