Separette Tiny Toilet - help needed

Hi - I recently installed a Separette Tiny Toilet. I really like it. One issue, when I took the urine container out to empty, the red “full” light came on. My understanding (perhaps wrong) is the full light is for the urine only. I have NOT been able to get it to turn off. I have cycled power, clearly emptied everything, removed and reset both containers…..any tips on getting that full light to turn off / reset?
