Giving my pup some much needed love after an extended time away. He stayed with my folks, as he stresses if he's not home or there. Definitely not a travel pup. But that's okay.

Back home (were I grew up). My in-laws still live there and it is great to go back home and to spend time with them.

Just returned from a week of hiking trail building in the Rockies just outside Yoho Natl Park. We weren't too surprised to find a bit of spring snow lingering.




Thankfully, our bed was off the ground ;-)



It warmed up soon enough and a great time was had by all.

This morning, we just finished a short week of paddling in BC's Kootenays region. Stellar weather except one afternoon which gave us an amazing downpour combined with zero delay lightening/thunder and then a bonus double rainbow.
