My 2013..

Picked this up last week.. This is from a visit to my farm in S. Ga.. LOVE this truck and forum, I've been a regular visitor of over a year now and finally took the plunge.. Won't have many mods as I really like it as it is, bought two storage totes for the back today that fit nicely, but would really like to add a topper and take some long trips.. Spent this weekend exploring dirt roads etc. outside of Camilla and Albany Ga.. So far getting around 18/19 mpg..

Just finished this build:
XPCamper 2013 Tacoma Build:
We started with a base model 2013 double cab Tacoma 4x4 with the V6 engine:
Added Weather tech front and rear window covering
Weather tech form fit floor mats
Then took it apart….
Removed the bed and added our Flatbed with XPC flex-mount, Led Marker lights, Led rear lights, 4 under storage boxes, slide out drawer and aluminum rear storage bumper for grey water hose. Also doubles as a step into the camper.
Suspension and shoes:
OME front and rear suspension with an extra leaf.
Mickey Thompson rims with 265 Cooper SST's.
ARB front and rear lockers
ARB high output air compressor
5 gallon air tank
Quick connect air hose in storage compartment
Bushwhacker flares in front
ARB Front bumper
IPS dual beam lights
ARB Fog light kit
Warn 9000 lbs. winch with synthetic wire

Went out and explored some powerline roads behind my neighborhood earlier today. I've owned a few Toyota's over the years and lurked the forums for quite a while. I just recently got this 4runner and intend to build it up for some light overlanding with my wife and two kids.

I put the 4runner to use in a different way last week. Volunteered with Samaritan's Purse disaster relief in Moore, OK. Still lots of work to do up there.
