Im pretty sure its to fit a hi lift jack. Look directly under the tire there is a bracket which allows the hi lift to slide in.

Thanks. I'm actually really happy with how the rear is working. The shock relocation made all the difference. The Nitrochargers were limiting travel in the stock location. Did a ubolt flip and new shock mounts to allow full droop/compression of the leaves without maxing out the shocks. Totally worthwhile mod.
