They are from Hefty Fab you can get them in either aluminum or steel. I opted for aluminum the front weighs around 60lbs I cannot remember what the dual swing out rear weighs but its not a lot.

Hey, thanks for the feedback!

I've heavily considered going for an aluminum instead of a steel bumper; 60lbs + a synthetic winch would be great for keeping the front end weight down, which I'm all about. My big concern with aluminum bumpers has been their durability for extraction or winching scenarios. Is that a valid concern? Has your aluminum bumper met your expectations? Do you mind if I send you a PM?

I have zero concerns about these bumpers they are beefy and well designed. I was in the same boat I didn't want a ton of weight added to the truck so I went this route and I am glad I did. Feel free to shoot me a PM.

Been lurking for years on here, got reacquainted after finding the KAT thread, looking to do that this spring or summer in my 2015 T4R.

Originally I wanted another rover, but couldn't find one that wasn't expensive and ragged out. This was a family friends extra vehicle. His 3 daughters drove it through their respective times in high school. The base of the vehicle is solid and the body is straight. Regular maintenance has been done, however there are a ton of worn out components. I've already replaced the front ball joints (evidence that the front tires were constantly run into curbs) and I've got rear suspension components on order. That should take care of the saggy butt issue. A few other issues, clean it up, and it should be a good truck.

The plan is to keep it stock as I love wheeling stock trucks. I've my old Land Rover on 34" TSLs, lockers, etc for difficult trails. This is for light trails that are 2 hours away.

Needs more Sequoia love in here! Just decided to keep this truck for at least another 5 yrs, so that means new timing belt, coilover lift suspension, custom rear bumper and more gear to come. Yay
