My favorites are both little guys. First up is the first Brooke I caught on my grandfather's Wright and McGill granger rod after he passed.


Next up is the first bonefish I caught, even though he had to have been the smallest bone in the carribean.

My favorite catch so far would have to be this, a 25" Land locked atlantic male on a 3wt while trout fishing a small river. Had no idea this fish could get up this river!

I would have to say my favorite to date would be Jack on fly.

Followed by Peacock Bass.

You can normally find me out in the flats of the lower keys.

Got both of these north of Las Vegas. Never caught a Tiger Trout before. Can't wait to catch a Golden in the High Sierras this summer.

My new favorite "catch on the fly". These are my first Golden Trout ever, beautiful little creatures. Made my day. Taken up at Echo Lake in the Murdock Basin area of the Uinta Mountains here in Utah.

Southern Sierra last month on really small creek. Small, but lots of them, and dam fun!

These may not be the biggest fish out there. But for my 2 cents worth, nothing beats hunting down wild native brookies on a small stream that is way out of the way and hard to get too. These little gems hold big rewards. Safely released to get (a little) bigger!
