Shower Pan Repair Project

When i bought my 2005 Tiger CX a few years ago one of the major defects was a few cracks in the vertical sides shower pan (I have attached picture of the worst area but I have about 4x total). I placed some flex seal tape on them right away in hopes to prevent water seepage and stop movement to worsen cracks it has worked but looks horrible and bothers me. Currently I'm doing my bathroom wall makeover and have the toilet and sink pulled, I figured it's a good time to address the cracks.

My current plan was to fix the cracks by plastic welding OR buy a plastic tub repair kit and then if necessary prime with rustoleum marine and fiberglass primer and use a marine top coat paint to update the color to gray.

Any ideas / thoughts? I'm not sure the marine top coat paint will hold up to wet bath use with shoes with dirt/sand in there. I suppose I will have extra paint and could touch up as necessary.

Thanks in advance for advice / ideas!
