What program are you all using to put your stamp/signature on your photo's?

Mine is just a layer that Smugmug adds to any photo I upload to my Gallery. This way if you purchase one of the prints, the watermark isnt on the actual image.

Otherwise, for things like Facebook or proofs, I made a Custom Brush in Photochop so it's only one click and it's on the image in any color I choose. Really simple set up and saves a ton of time

The only problem with Smugmug is that you have to have a pro account and its a $150 bucks a year. If you are just a hobbiest and not trying to make money on your photos its hard to swallow that kind of money.

Thats where I have the advantage. I can post pictures all day and I dont think anyone would use them as their own. Someday maybe, Someday.

Not true, I just had a friend get an account and I told him to Google Promo Codes for discounts for Smugmug

He sent me an email back saying he found a discount code for $75 off the Pro Account price. For how simple it makes it, that's totally worth it for anyone who has large amounts of photos

Plus, and this is a huge plus, you upload your files to their site full res. so you basically have an offsite storage for your images also. This is really important for those of us who travel non-stop.

Not trying to sell anyone on Smugmug, but for everything they offer, they make digital storage easy for us Overlanders

Well...I wasn't totally untrue...It's still $150 bucks. Your friend just found a discount.

I'm curious though if that discount will work year after year or if its just for the first year.

I'm not bashing Smugmug. I downloaded the free trial and fell in love with their system. It's just a cost issue for me.
