Plus most everything in individual packets like that is stabilized with preservatives and things to limit separation. Sysco knows that boxes of condiment packets may sit in the back of a hot fast food restaurant for weeks before being used. If it's not refrigerated in the condiment bin at Wendy's it's probably safe for your trip. But I'd rather not risk weird issues at the 100+ temps I usually see in the desert so I'll stick in the cooler just to be safe.
