I own A skamper 065s. I have taken it off-Roading quite a bit in Baja over the years, the entrance door has taken a beating. Now I need to replace it. But I'm having a bit of a hard time finding a manufacturer that has that size door. Has anyone done this before? If so please let me know how you solve this problem.

I have been working with these guys on a new door for my rig. While they dont show the door on thier site, they used to build doors for Phoenix, and have quoted a direct replacement for mine:

We , wife and I have done a bit of research. rv doctor George was helpful but he didn't have a door that fit our camper. He was very friendly and helpful and returned calls immediately. we here in san diego have a man that can build a door but charges 110 an hour and it would be min. of 5 to 6 hours. That would be around 6 to 7 hundred min. We tried the metal company and they are a middle man. They don't build doors for campers. We called Emmitt doors inc. They build doors and they are who we are going with. I have not put in an order yet so I cant give you an outcome but they make what we want. The price is around 400 and looks to be a good door with frame and screen door. When I get and install, I will follow through with the out come of my complete experience.
