Sleeping Platform

Here are a couple of photos of my sleeping platform in the back of my 88" Series III airportable. Took a trip across the US and slept in there for over 2 months

How did you make the platform? Got any plans?

I have an 88" I'm wanting to do this with.

Hey. made two metal supports that go from the rear seat bulkhead to the rear of the tub. This was made out of electrical conduit that had the ends flattened and bent at 90 degrees. i put two hinges so i can fold it and up and fit it under a false floor in the rear of the car. the front sat on dash and was supported by a 2x4 leg cut to length and propped up under the floor
