You could also go with a foot pump. Most boats have these. Link

That would be cool, except we run hot and cold water for showers, also. I would like the pump to be on constant for the shower, but foot operated for the sink.

Momentary foot switch and a normal switch for when you want to run the shower, etc. done deal.
