go down to home depot, get a 3.5" to 4.5" diameter coupling pipe adapter, two big hose clamps and your done!

The 80 series has the 3.5" OD tube, right?

Yes its 3.5".

Went to Lowes and looked around. I ended up getting a 4inx3in flexible coupling. It was PN#11918-01825 and came with two hose clamps. Its rubber so I was able to heat it and stretch it over the snorkel body and the precleaner. Its on there securely with a slight amount of wiggle. Ill keep an eye on it and see how it holds up.
