Just a nice night to make some homemade brisket burgers. I use a fire ring on the Large Fireplace. Perfect combo in my humble opinion. You get heat, you get some flames and you can grill. When you are done you just fold it up. What more do you want

you can get some of the petromax cast iron items from Lehmans in Pennsylvania . it sells out usually so if you see it you have to buy it because they only import so much at a time. I speak German so i have ordered a couple things online and had it shipped but its still kind of a pain as shipping and customs has gone wild since 2020

It is a shame this is a bit unwieldly/heavy to ship or I would send a pile over to the States
Really digging the combo. The middle 'rack' prevents your food from falling in the Fireplace and holds a skillet for sauce or onions etc.
@snowpeak if you are following this thread....... ?
