No the trailer itself is not level it sits catywompus. The pintel to lunet is easily fixed, I have a new rear bumper that places the hitch hole about where the camera is now. But the springs on the trailer are not even so I hope to crrect that.

Have you removed the tub and inspected the frame ?

Had similar issues with my M100
the chassis sat (catywompus <?) as you described.
^ was cracked around the shock mnt areas, both sides of the frame

416 frame is likely different then an M100.
but it's a thought... if you haven't checked.

Well no I have not looked but figure it would be in my best interest to just get new springs anyway if I intend of using it much. They are $39 ea. from pro comp, and $45 ea. from Rancho. Plus new greasable shackles, I was even wondering if I could remove a few leafs from the packs to make it a bit softer or lower. Doubt it would make a huge difference.
