New user here. I purchased the LMTV. I live 20 minutes from MacDill, the EUC should clear in the next week or so and I will pick it up. I bought a generator a couple months ago and looked at the truck. It started up and looks pretty good, I plan on driving off the base. Keep your eyes on GL at MacDill because another LMTV should be coming up soon.

Once I pick up the truck I will update with more photos and any issues I ran into.

What are your plans for it?

I have been buying from GL for years but this is my first truck purchase. I have read quite a few other buyers driving off. Once my paperwork clears I will give them a call to see what their rules are.

I plan on playing with the truck for a while, then sell it. I know only a handful have been released so I am eager to find out what kind of interest in the LMTV will bring.

I spoke with the GL rep. today and will pick up the LMTV on the November 29th. I asked him about the second LMTV, he said it was snagged up by a military unit so it will not be coming up for auction.

I will update with some photos when I pick it up.
