This has been my daughter’s daily driver the past 3 years, and she LOVES it!! Very reliable especially for a Land Rover. Everything works except the cruise control and the sunroofs are sealed closed. Prior to her starting to drive it, we base lined all fluids, new bushings, recovered and new foam in seats, new tires, etc. The diesel conversion was done by the prior owner, but my daughter has put about 30k miles on it, and the P.O. Put about 10k on the conversion. The transmission (R380) was a new unit approx 40k miles ago from Ashcroft. Paint is in good condition, and no rust. We did upgrade all steering components to HD with new TREs. Starter was rebuilt about a year ago, and she starts instantly!!
Issues? Well, the gas gauge is possessed and works intermittently, and cruise is not installed. Otherwise the Rover is solid. It is over 25 years old, so is being sold as is, where is with no warranty expressed or implied.
