It’s absolutely nutz this sweet ride hasn’t sold yet!

Two weeks ago, a very similar Ursa Element came up for sale in SoCal for $15k and change. I saw it on CL late in the first evening it was posted, checked the next morning....and it was already SOLD! For more than this one!

Geeze, maybe you need to list this in California?

I thought this would go quick in Colorado, but your right westcoast seems to be the market for these. Have quite a bit of interest, probably will be with its new owner soon.

Its hard to find a pop up van in any condition for under 10k. I bet in another 4 years and 40k miles this will still be listed for 11-12k.

YES, park it indoors, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years from now it'll only appreciate.
