What do you do for engine access with a camper on it?

I wondered the same thing. I found engine access to be one of the biggest design flaws when trying to use our Syncro Westfalia for extended travel. The best spot for gear storage was on top of my engine access. No good! I can't even imagine riding down the road in this rig when one of those strange Syncro sounds or smells comes from the engine bay.

Seller claims it will cruise at 60-65 mph...........fast enough for some of us
Personally I think it's unique and highly desirable for the VW crowd
I've no doubt it will sell for a premium

I'm sorry, but having owned a sycnro with that engine I'm calling bull**** on 60-65 MPH. Maybe in neutral downhill with a tailwind. While this may be a super cool and unique vehicle, IMO it is grossly underpowered to the point of being dangerous.
