SOLD - 1994 CoachHouse 192SD Class B, 86K miles, $12,500 (Annapolis, MD)

*UPDATE 07/17/2023: SOLD!*

*UPDATE 07/06/2023: Wow, kind of forgot about closing this thread after deciding to keep the van last summer. Recent major life changes mean the van really needs to find a new home as I am unable to use it. Please look at the photo album, and feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you!*

Hey all! Long time lurker, first time caller here to try and re-home my Class B, a 1994 CoachHouse 192SD, or, basically, a high-top Econoline E250 with the 5.8L V8. Because it's a Class B, it's equipped with a built-in sink, fridge, microwave, propane stove, toilet, propane furnace, and on-board Onan generator (72 hours), and it does not require a special license to drive it. I have owned it since 2019 and I have the clean title in-hand. Expect 12-13 MPG. Seats 2, sleeps 2 (and a dog).

The RV has 86,100ish original miles, and may go up slightly if trips are taken. It has gotten a checkup from a local RV specialist every spring to make sure all of the RV systems are functioning properly before the camping/traveling season, and currently does not need any major maintenance. There is a Class III 2” hitch on the rear and a Class II 2” hitch on the front, and helper airbags in the rear to help with towing. Both front seats can swivel, and the dinette in the back of the van can be turned into a bed in just a few minutes. Fiamma awnings on both sides extend the living space quite a bit. This RV does *not* have a shower.

While under my ownership, I’ve made several upgrades to the van, including a brand new house battery, two MaxxAir fans, a new thermostat, cork flooring (and new subfloor), and a custom foldout shelf on the side door. Additionally, the van has received a new starter, new battery (with 3 year AAA warranty), new brakes, new alternator, new starter, new tires (2019 date codes, installed shortly after purchase), and a passenger-side exhaust manifold to fix a common exhaust leak these motors are known for. The van passes VA’s yearly safety inspection without issue and is old enough to be emissions-exempt. I have receipts for all maintenance and upgrades performed under my ownership which I will provide to the new owner, alongside the original owners manual which documents all the RV’s functions. An Autocheck report can be found in the album at the link below. The generator was completely serviced over the winter 2022 and got all new fuel lines. There are no leaks anywhere that I've been able to see.

The RV is solid and ready for more adventures. Cosmetically, it’s a 10-footer with some bumps and scrapes commensurate with age and use, but everything is straight and water-tight. The driver’s side rear barn door looks a little rough with the spare tire mount but it’s secure and has never given me any trouble. Might be able to procure a Wilco Hitchgate to include with the sale if this is a deal breaker, but no promises.

Asking price is $12,500. Vehicle is currently located in Annapolis, MD and can be shown most afternoons and weekends for interested parties. Supervised test drives can be arranged with proof of funds. The title is clear and in my name. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out.

Also, it has to be said - van is sold as is, where is, no warranties expressed or implied.

It appears I'm limited to 10 files; additional photos can be found at this link: VAN PHOTOS!

Thanks for looking!

Is there a coach air conditioner?
nope, the one that came with the van was dead when i bought it and instead of buying a new one, i dropped a maxxair fan in its place. all the wiring for a rooftop a/c unit is still up there should you choose to add one back however; the ceiling holes required for the a/c and the fan are the same, so no issues with water intrustion either.

Bump! Main post has been updated. Major life changes recently mean the van must find a new home. Title is clear, in my name, and ready to be signed over to you. I'm about 30 minutes away from BWI airport, fly in and drive it home (bring your own tags, of course!).
